About Our Products

Pentadenn honey is raw, unheated, and wild-harvested. That means colour, texture, aroma, and thickness vary between batches and between seasons. This is normal and is the point of buying unprocessed honey.

Raw honey also crystallises over time, especially in cooler weather. Crystallised honey has not spoiled. Stand the jar in warm water and it will loosen again.

Our products are foods and cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are giving our products to a young child, speak to a doctor first. Honey should never be given to infants under one year of age.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at the moment you pay is the price you pay.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.

Payment

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property

The Pentadenn name, logo, photography, product descriptions, and site design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We take care over what we sell, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
