Where We Ship

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days of payment. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend go out on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive in four to seven business days. Remote areas, hill districts, and the North East can take longer. Festival season, strikes, and weather can also add days, and those delays sit with the courier rather than with us.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and no charges are added at checkout or afterwards. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number once the parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement.

How We Pack

Glass jars are sealed, wrapped, and cushioned for transit. If a parcel does arrive damaged, our Returns and Refund Policy covers you.

Address Errors and Failed Delivery

Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
